Sara Al-Rashid serves as a Senior Climate Scientist and Policy Advisor at UNDP, where she translates complex climate science into practical, implementable policy frameworks for governments across MENA. With a PhD in Environmental Science from Oxford, Sara has advised over 20 governments on climate adaptation strategies. Her landmark "MENA Climate Resilience Index" is now used by the World Bank. She is a passionate advocate for youth engagement in climate action and runs mentorship programs for young climate scientists.
